Sun House compromises of 6 small offices which are all offered on flexible terms.

No.1 Alpha Place is a self-contained office over two floors. A short term tenancy of one year is available.​

Each office in Sun House has a fixed monthly rent with a monthly service charge which includes all other costs such as gas and electric within the individual unit

Alpha Place has a fixed monthly rent and a small service charge fee. 
The tenant is responsible for utility costs

 

The spaces range from 475sf to 1200sf
